These cats are available at Wilkes County Animal Control at 408 Call Street Wilkesboro, NC (336) 903-7688. Their hours of operation are 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday, and 10:30am to noon on Saturday. The adoption fee is $65.00. This fee pays for the following:
- Physical examination
- A check for worms and routine deworming for hookworms and roundworms
- The first in a series of feline distemper and upper respiratory vaccines.
- Rabies vaccine at 4 months
- Spay or Neuter at 4-6 months
Other services are recommended and should be discussed with your veterinarian at the first visit.
